We collect the minimum data needed to run the site, sell training plans, and send the email digests you opt into. We don't sell or share data with third parties beyond the operational vendors listed below.

What we collect

• Email address when you opt into a list (calculator results, plan purchase, weekly digest).
• Purchase information (handled by Paddle, our merchant of record) when you buy a plan.
• Anonymous usage analytics via GA4 (page views, calculator inputs, conversion events).

How we use it

• Send the email content you opted into (and nothing else).
• Deliver purchased plans + handle refunds.
• Improve the calculators + content based on aggregated usage patterns.

Vendors

• Paddle: payment processor + merchant of record (handles all VAT/GST automatically)
• Sendy: email delivery (self-hosted)
• Google Analytics 4: anonymous usage analytics
• Cloudflare: CDN + DNS
• DeepL: translation pipeline (your content is not used for training)

If you're in the EU, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your data. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use minimal cookies: session cookie for calculator state, GA4 analytics cookie (anonymized). EU visitors see a consent banner before any non-essential cookies load. You can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner footer link.

For the avoidance of doubt: we don't sell your data, ever.
