What the panel looks for
- Structured sessions with a clear purpose: intervals, thresholds and recovery rides, not only playlists.
- Riders who improve: FTP gains, race results or attendance that holds over months.
- Coaching cues that transfer to running and racing, such as cadence, pacing and breathing.
- Safe, inclusive classes that work for beginners and racers in the same room.

Winner
The title, a winner badge for your website and Instagram, and a feature on hybridtraining.guide explaining why you won.
Finalist
Up to five per award, each with a finalist badge and a published citation from the panel.
Entry is free. No award, badge or feature is ever sold, and no sponsor has a say.
Nominate
Self-nominations are welcome. The panel looks for:

- Certification, if any
