  5. RowErg A horizontal Concept2 rowing ergometer. Station 5: 1,000m for all divisions. → Full entry on hybridathlete.guide : 1,000m

Station strategy: Stuttgart-specific

Messe Stuttgart's roxzone has tight transitions. The run loop is shorter than at other Major venues, which means less recovery between stations. Pacing rules:

  • Bank time on stations 1-3: roxzone congestion is highest in the first hour as Open athletes flood through. Move efficiently.
  • Wall ball strategy: Stuttgart's lighting is dimmer than Anaheim or Las Vegas; visual targeting takes 1-2 reps to calibrate. Don't rush rep 1.
  • Stuttgart's air: humidity is typically 50-65% in November (slightly easier breathing than dry US Majors). Plan splits 1-2% faster than Anaheim PR for similar effort.
